Situation
Telmore recognized the need for a solution that could combine production efficiency with the flexibility of being able to produce highly creative content.
Considering the fact that Telmore's in-house marketing team consists of two designers and one marketer, Telmore was looking for a platform that prioritises streamlining workflows and with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
One of their goals was scaling up ad production without increasing the amount of people in their marketing department. Additionally, Telmore wanted to increase the creativity in their ads with high-quality video banners without having to rely on external resources.
Solution & Results
Zuuvi x Telmore turned out to be a match, and we managed to help Telmore realize their visions. Through the Zuuvi platform, they have now insourced many of their marketing activities. This is possible due to them creating 100s of ad versions from a single template, increasing their time to market by 90%.
Furthermore, if the need for edits arises, Telmore is able to edit their ads live, thus skipping steps such as re-exporting and republishing the edited ads, in turn increasing their overall agility.
