Zuuvi Wins AdTech Achievement at the 2025 Pretty Duckling Awards
Zuuvi has earned the Certified Happy Workplace™ designation from Zoios, a Copenhagen-based platform that continuously measures employee wellbeing through anonymous pulse surveys, eNPS, and stress-risk assessments.
It's not a badge you can buy. Zoios describes the certification as the employee-side equivalent of DGNB — the building industry's sustainability standard — precisely because it's built the same way: objective, demanding, and non-profit, measured from anonymous responses rather than a company's own marketing copy.
What the certification actually measures
To qualify, a company has to clear three thresholds across two independent measurement rounds, each requiring a minimum of 100 responses or a 70% response rate. Zuuvi cleared all three: an eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) above 25, strong wellbeing across eight separate engagement drivers scoring above 75, and very low workplace stress, rated 1 or under out of 10.
Those numbers come from the people doing the work, answering anonymously, not from a survey Zuuvi designed itself. That's the part of the certification that makes it worth something.
Culture
Inside Zuuvi, employees are called Zuuvineers — and the culture the certification measures is the same one CEO & Co-Founder Alexander Augustesen has pointed to as a deliberate priority, not an accident: "We are known for our good culture." That includes practices like sharing monthly financial metrics with the whole company and being direct about the ups and downs that come with building a startup, rather than managing the narrative from the top down.
A creative infrastructure platform is only as good as the team building and supporting it. This certification is a measure of the environment behind the product, not the product itself — but the two aren't unrelated.
