Skanska: A 63.7% Increase in Creative Performance Score
The Setup: Three Brands - One Central Team
Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG) operates across three regional brands, coordinated by a central marketing team. But their day-to-day production setup was decentralized: two designers at HQ created the core ads, while regional marketers were responsible for localisation and versioning for their own markets.
That structure worked - until production volume and format demands increased.
To keep time-to-market short, NLTG needed a workflow that could handle constant iterations without slowing down in approvals, handovers, or back-and-forth. And as they scaled production of video banners and other high-impact formats, it became even more important that everyone -designers and non-designers - could collaborate in the same system without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
So NLTG began searching for an ad production platform that could:
- Improve coordination between HQ and regions.
- Speed up localisation and versioning.
- Support both design experts and non-experts.
- Make it easy to produce video and high-impact ads at scale.
Results: Improving Coordination and Speed
NLTG’s marketing setup required a system built for fast collaboration between headquarters and regional teams - without turning every update into a bottleneck.
In Zuuvi, the HQ team created a set of on-brand templates that captured the visual identity and structure of each brand. Regional marketers could then take those templates and quickly tailor them with localised messaging, language, and market-specific variations -without needing to rebuild creative from scratch or wait for a designer for every change.
This approach improved coordination and shortened time-to-market, while also enabling the regional teams to scale output significantly.
Today, NLTG produces 200+ localized display and high-impact ads every month through the platform - keeping campaigns fresh across regions and brands while maintaining consistency and speed.
