NLTG's Challenges and Goals
NLTG operates from 3 regional brands coordinated by a central marketing team: 1 designer at HQ handles ad production; regional marketers handle localisation and versioning. The company needs a system that maximises coordination, speed, and production of video banners and high-impact banners for both design experts and non-experts.
Nordic Leisure Travel Group's marketing operations is decentralised, meaning that one designer at headquarters designs the ads while three regional marketers handle localising and versioning the ads. This requires their production process to be super well coordinated, to ensure their time-to-market is kept as short as possible.
For these reasons, NLTG began searching for ad production platforms that supports and improves coordination while allowing both design experts and non-experts to easily produce video- and high-impact banners. This meant they stumbled upon Zuuvi, and reached out to us.
Maximizing Coordination and Speed
NLTG's marketing setup required support for quick and easy coordination between the headquarters and different regions.
This was achieved by creating on-brand templates in headquarters, which the regional marketers could easily tailor with localized content. This improved their coordination and time-to-market, allowing the regional marketers to significantly scale up their ad production; NLTG produce +200 localised display and high impact ads every month through our platform!
